I think the issue is more about the treatment and slaughter of these animals than just the issue that they eat these animals. I think that if they could kill them humanely it may calm down the controversy about this. As for me, I object wholeheartedly to the eating of dogs and cats and no, I will not go forth and eat a chicken, cow, pig, etc because I am a vegetarian. Thank you.

um, poultry, beef and pork are meats that are approved for consumption. The fact that dogs are pets or considered as man’s bestfriend, it really is not taken into mind to eat your bestfriend. Can’t imagine eating your human bestfriend. Eww.

in my current town, they eats dogs, cats, snakes, bats, frogs.. they eats EVERYTHING! Yeah, maybe it is the system they’ve used for ages in some countries, i don’t think it would be the reason for continuing the acts. I have stopped eating meat months ago, not even chicken nor fish meat. I’m a vegetarian now

i don’t understand why people criticize others for eating dog or cat meat, when they go and happily eat a chicken, cow, pigs etc
