I think the bum is pretty close to real, but unfortunately, the boobs are ‘shopped. Were they real breasts, the stripes on her shirt would be far more deformed by the roundness of the flesh than they are in the photo. Just look at the bottom two stripes where her boobs curve away from her body…nothing! They should be curving down, toward her bellybutton…not forward, and straight!
