This organization makes the wheelchairs and sends them around the world to people who need a wheelchair to get around. They can be found worldwide and not just in Africa. They are very inexpensive to produce and ship. This is a worthwhile organization. The gospel of Jesus Christ is shipped along with every wheelchair.
