bullsh*t….I’m 55 and I am the same weight I was in high school. In between I yo-yo’d until I got sick of losing and gaining weight and discovered the reason why I kept gaining weight. Answer: I gave up excessive sugar (desserts), I don’t eat wheat (it’s bad for you, it’s addictive, it slows down your matabolism, makes you tired, makes you FAT), I drink very little alcohol and I work out three or four days a week for 45 minutes on an elyptical machine and then with light weights. Ten bucks says that the chubb-os in every single one of these photos does not subscribe to any of that sort of discipline. And that’s what it takes; consistency and discipline. If you think you can’t give up flour, pasta, rice and the like, trust me, it’s possible. The reason why the thought of such a thing might scare you is because white flour and sugar are addictive substances. Think cocaine, heroin,flour. It’s all the same in your body. If you think I’m making it up, do the research. Better yet, give it all up for two weeks and see what happens. Get off your lard a$$ and get moving, start fast-walking, join a gym. At one point I weighed 165 pounds, and I’m 5’3″. I now weigh 129, and I had a baby at 43 and gained 55 pounds…lost it all…have muscle tone and definition and I’m pretty sure I could take any one of the chicks pictured above, and I am most definitely hotter in a body contest. Ladies…when you get sick of being fat, if you think it’s “just getting older,” and this is an excuse to dive into that bucket of Kentucky Fried…think again. Your husband/boyfriend (if you have one, and can keep one) will fall on his knees and thank you the day you decide to take a load off and change your life. It’s all in the mind–anyone can do it.

KUDOS,, your rock and I agree, I am 44 and eat clean, Chicken, egg whites,oatmeal, etc and go gym 5 days a week, I eat no bread , pasta and very little rice or even less sweets. I look as good today as I did at 20. I cant say that about my fat college friends.

Morbid obesity is a genetic problem. There are hormones at the top of the stomach that drives the person with the gene to consume high caloric value food, to workaholism, insomnia, inertia so they will not burn calories . The gene comes from an historic famine if some kind, where the body has had very little food – and has had to survive.

I believe all high caloric foods are a result of this gene. Yes some gave strong enough will but often a removal if mist the stomach is required.
If you can control your weight easily and jeep good lifestyle habits easily you ate lucky enough to have escaped the gene.

So your just an arrogant bitch, at least that’s what I am getting out of this. Maybe its the image most people have that’s wrong. I’m a guy and I don’t mind it if a girl has a bit of body fat, I would even chose a girl with a bit of fat above a skinny ass where I can count every single bone. I am not saying people should just eat what they wan’t but they also should not punish themselves because the people on tv are all so “perfect” and they want to be like them.
