Blacksmith Artist
Can you tell me what this guy, Frank Plant, is? Is he a sculptor, or designer, a blacksmith, or a muralist? Or all of these professions together? His basic material for work has always been a welded steel, whether in his two- or three-dimensional works. I just love the way Frank plays with space and dimensions, because these are simple and direct studies of the forms and compositions of everyday objects and situations.
